Psycho-Oncology
Specialist psychological care, with psychiatric support when needed, for the emotional weight of a cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
Overview
How we help.
A cancer diagnosis changes how a person thinks, sleeps, plans and relates to the people they love. Our psycho-oncologists are clinical psychologists trained specifically in cancer care. They understand treatment protocols, side effects and prognosis conversations, so you never have to explain your medical journey from scratch. When low mood, panic or sleeplessness need more than talking therapy, we arrange psychiatric assessment and work with your oncologist so every part of your care fits together.
Our Approach
What your care looks like.
Every plan is personal, but these are the steps you can expect.

- 02Evidence-based therapy: CBT, ACT and meaning-centred therapy
- 03Sessions timed around chemo and radiation days
